By accessing or using Kritrim ("the Service"), operated by Kritrim ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kritrim is a YouTube channel management platform that provides livestream scheduling, AI-powered comment engagement, multi-channel dashboards, team management, and related tools. The Service is accessible at kritr.im and via our APIs.

3. Account Terms

• You must provide a valid email address and accurate information to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. YouTube API & Third-Party Services

Kritrim accesses YouTube data through Google's official YouTube Data API v3. By using our Service, you also agree to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We use OAuth 2.0 for authentication and never store your Google/YouTube passwords.

5. Payment & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Prices are in USD.
• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your account settings.
• Downgrading may result in loss of access to features or data associated with the higher plan.
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new paid subscriptions.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of YouTube's Terms of Service.
• Transmit spam, malware, or unauthorized advertising through AI comment features.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Exceed rate limits or abuse API access in a way that degrades service for others.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kritrim and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours — we claim no ownership over your YouTube data, comment templates, or uploaded assets.

8. Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Service Availability & SLA

• We target 99.9% uptime for all paid plans.
• Enterprise plans include SLA guarantees with defined remedies for downtime.
• We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice.
• We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after deletion to allow recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kritrim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
